Celebrate the most prestigious award for professional women in Greater Philadelphia — the Paradigm Award. Please join us in recognizing the achievements of the 2021 honoree, Eileen C. McDonnell, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company.
In conjunction with the Paradigm Award, merit-based scholarships are awarded to women who are working toward an undergraduate degree. The Paradigm Scholarship for Working Women was created to enhance and benefit the career aspirations of working women in the Greater Philadelphia area and to enable more women to achieve their potential and inspire others to become individual paradigms of success. Tax-deductable donationscan be made to the Paradigm Scholarship Fund through the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia Regional Foundation.

Registration/Cancellation Policy:
Pre-registration is necessary, availability is not guaranteed for walk-ins. Payment is required upon registration/entrance. No refunds will be given one week prior to program/event. Substitutions may be made. Tickets will be held at the door. Reserved seating for tables of 10 only. Please advise your guests that tickets will be held at the door under your company name.
Attendee Policy:
Chamber programs are privately sponsored events with a structured format. No demonstrations or other disruptions will be tolerated. Violation of this policy may result in the attendee's removal from the premises without refund, in addition to possible legal remedies.
