POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors of CASA, which is responsible for providing overall organizational direction, developing CASA's mission and strategic goals and ensuring the accountability of this non-profit organization. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall management of CASA and all aspects of CASA’s program and operations. This primarily involves the supervision and coordination of a volunteer service program, which provides CASA services to abused and neglected children. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: (a) resource development and maintenance, (b) agency and program planning, (c) collaborating with judges and attorneys; (d) community and public relations, (e) human resources development and management, (f) fiscal management, and (g) acting as liaison to the Board of Directors, which oversees the organization.
