THE WILLIAM PENN AWARD
The William Penn Award is the highest honor bestowed upon a businessperson in the Greater Philadelphia business community. Recipients are selected for their significant contributions to the business and civic advancement of the region, their professional accomplishments, and their leadership experience.
Ballpark Cocktail Attire:
Chic, weather-conscious attire, paired with comfortable footwear. Traditional cocktail attire is polished yet not overly dressy. Consider outerwear since the event will take place outdoors. We recommend comfortable shoes (sneakers are acceptable) since you will be walking around the ballpark. Be mindful of the weather, including wind, and a drop in the temperature after sunset.
Parking:
Park in Lot P, at the corner of Pattison Avenue & Darien Street. There will be a sign that says a "Special Event Parking" with an arrow. Enter off of Darien Street and park closer to Pattison Avenue (to the right). Once parked, exit the lot via the pedestrian walkway near Pattison Avenue. Valet is also available at the Suite & Club Entrance on Pattison Avenue.
Entrance to the Ballpark:
From the parking lot, walk along Pattison Avenue to the center of the building, past the First Base Gate and the ticket windows. Use the Suite & Club Entrance *Home Plate, under the very large Phillies sign, directly across from Lincoln Financial Field. There will be a sign out front that says “Special Event Entrance” with an arrow. Map here.
