Over the course of four days each spring, Business On Board teaches best practices for board members, with a specific focus on legal and fiduciary responsibilities, fundraising, advocacy, strategic governance, and oversight. The Understanding the Basics session serves as an introduction to the Arts + Culture sector in Greater Philadelphia and is a crash course on board member roles, responsibilities, and dynamics.
