YPC Emerging Leaders Roundtable: The Dynamics of Return to Office & Hybrid Work

Wednesday, February 21, 2024
9:00 AM – 10:30 AM

event affiliation:

Join us for the first edition of our YPC Emerging Leaders Roundtable series! At YPC Roundtables, young professionals are invited to gather and discover common ground, offer support, and learn from each other’s experiences. We will focus on ways young professionals can elevate their professional journey to achieve better work-life balance, source suggestions for better workplace policies, and adjust to workplace culture in today’s workplace.

At this session, Prema Katari Gupta, President and CEO of Center City District, will join participants in a candid discussion on the dynamics of returning to the office and embracing hybrid work schedules in 2024 and beyond. Despite recent reports that indicate positive outcomes in returning to the office, like more pedestrian traffic, more available jobs, a falling unemployment rate, and increased leisure activity attendance in the city accompanying in-person work, other reports show that in-person work is unpopular among young professionals. How do we work to find balance?

Join us to convene with peers on the nuances of expectations, experiences, challenges, and best practices that come with returning to the office. Limited space is available — reserve your seat today!
