As a young professional, it's crucial to take advantage of the many networking opportunities that might come your way to not just advance your career, but grow your social network and meet new, ambitious peers. Doing so is easier said than done, though, and it's reasonable to fall into a sense of ennui in taking part in the vast array of networking events and receptions seen today. We have all been back networking in person for some time now since 2020 - but meeting new people and building business or professional connections can be hard for everyone, no matter what your background is.
In this next edition of YPC’s professional development series, we are back in-person for the first time since 2019! Join us at this in-person workshop with Ellen Valudes, Vice President & Trainer at Dale Carnegie, to learn how to effectively network with your peers. Gather insightful skills and tools that will allow you to build stronger and more fruitful professional connections. Then, end the evening by implementing some of these skills you learned with more networking to cap the program.
