Celebrate the most prestigious award for professional women in Greater Philadelphia — the Paradigm Award. Now in its 30th year, the Award is presented annually during Women’s History Month to a businesswoman whose outstanding professional and personal achievements serve as a model for success. Please join us in recognizing the achievements of the 2023 honoree, Joan Waters, CEO, COFCO.
In conjunction with the Paradigm Award, merit-based scholarships are awarded to women who are working toward an undergraduate degree. The Paradigm Scholarship for Working Women was created to enhance and benefit the career aspirations of working women in the Greater Philadelphia area and to enable more women to achieve their potential and inspire others to become individual paradigms of success.
Tax-deductible donations can be made to the Paradigm Scholarship Fund through the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia Regional Foundation.
