The pandemic has caused us to rethink the purpose and meaning of the office. As the course of the pandemic continues to shift, employers have either begun or are planning for an eventual return to work with focus on how their physical workplace will need to change in order to ensure a safe and compelling environment that does not sacrifice employee engagement, connection, and innovation.
Being intentional about measuring, learning, and evolving with the pandemic will not only ensure a smooth return, but will also play a critical part in determining organizational success and growth beyond the pandemic. This program will offer a close look into emerging research and valuable insights on the workplace experience, with a virtual tour of new workplaces designed to reimagine the in-person environment and cultivate positive outcomes for organizations.
