An exciting, new development phase is looming at the Navy
Yard. Having chosen a team to steward the next phase of development and growth,
leaders at PIDC, Ensemble Real Estate Investments, and Mosaic Development
Partners will join the Chamber for an exclusive look at their plans to further
establish the Navy Yard as a world-class business destination., focusing on the
Ensemble/Mosaic partnership, initial phase and conceptual plans, and the master
plan update with James Corner Field Operations.
Building on Greater
Philadelphia’s strong reputation as a leader in life sciences, the next phase
of development will expand on the Navy Yard’s existing life sciences cluster to
add additional R&D and cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing space, while also
fostering inclusive and welcoming public spaces, advancing diversity, equity,
and inclusion goals, and creating a vibrant residential mixed-use district
including retail and maker space. The team envisions up to $2.5 billion of new
private investment that will drive many thousands of new construction and
permanent jobs.
Hear directly from the team of experts leading this growth to learn what opportunities lie ahead for the business community at the Navy Yard and gain insight into this exciting milestone of development for Philadelphia.
