Majority Leader, Pennsylvania Senate
Sen. Ward currently serves as the Senate Majority Leader for the Senate of Pennsylvania, the first woman ever to serve as Majority Leader in either the Pennsylvania House or Senate. Sen. Ward’s legislative accomplishments include laws reducing spending on state subsidized methadone treatment transportation; implementing the federal E-Verify program to ensure workers on publicly funded construction projects were legally permitted to work; and re-authorizing the emergency services grant program.
Speaker of the House, Pennsylvania House of Representatives
Serving his eighth term in the Pennsylvania General Assembly, Bryan Cutler represents the 100thLegislative District serving Lancaster County. He was unanimously elected Speaker of the House this year and is the 139th Speaker in the history of Pennsylvania’s House of Representatives. Bryan’s legislative achievements have received strong bipartisan support and show his willingness to work together for the best interest of Pennsylvanians.

Speaker McClinton was first elected in 2015 to serve communities in Philadelphia, as well as Yeadon and Darby in Delaware County. In 2018 she became the first woman and first African American to be elected as House Democratic Caucus Chair; in 2020, she was the first woman elected House Democratic Leader in the institution’s 244-year history; and in 2023, McClinton was elected Speaker of the Pennsylvania House – the first woman to serve in that position in the nation’s oldest legislature.
State Senator, Pennsylvania Senate
A former deputy sheriff in Allegheny County, State Senator Jay Costa represents parts of the City of Pittsburgh, East Hills communities, Mon Valley, and South Hills (43rd District). Before being elected Senate Democratic leader in 2010, Sen. Costa served as Democratic chair of the Senate Appropriations and Judiciary Committees and Caucus chair. Sen. Costa’s legislative record features signature laws supporting education, family law, judicial reform, public safety, job creation, and health care.

Registration/Cancellation Policy:
Pre-registration is necessary and payment is required upon registration. Walk-ins are not guaranteed entrance. No refunds will be given one week prior to program/event. Substitutions may be made with at least 24-hour notice.
