[Virtual] Reframing the Workplace: Preparing for Change to How and Where We Work

Thursday, May 13, 2021
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

As we approach post-pandemic times, changes to the way we work are again on the horizon.

At the onset of the pandemic, businesses were forced to quickly transition their nonessential workforces to remote operations or create new safety protocols for those needed onsite. Now, as many look to bring back or increase the number of workers operating in-person, a recent report from McKinsey & Company suggests identifying efficient hybrid models will be crucial to prepare for imminent change.

Hear regional employers share insight into upcoming talent and workforce trends and get insight into how organizations in our region are equitably and effectively building hybrid workforces.
