[Virtual] Mergers & Acquisitions: Crucial Insights for Middle Market Growth

Monday, March 22, 2021
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) are one of the most important driving forces for the growth of the Middle Market. According to a report from the National Center for the Middle Market (NCMM), about 20% of middle market companies complete an acquisition and about 5% make a sale every year. Whether it’s a transfer of ownership, partial or entire sale of a company, or complete merger with another entity, a time will come for a majority of middle market companies to negotiate some type of transaction that will affect growth.
Investing in and leveraging a sustainable plan and experienced team of outside assistance will allow middle market executives to make intelligent M&A decisions, mitigate unexpected challenges that may hinder acquisitions and sales progress, and deliver the desired results that will help them grow their business successfully.
Join this workshop led by business experts who will discuss mergers and acquisitions as a critical strategy for growth, provide insight on what to anticipate throughout the transaction process, and how professional advice and planning is crucial for M&A success.
