[Virtual] Mergers & Acquisitions: Crucial Insights for Middle Market Growth

Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) are one of the most important driving forces for the growth of the Middle Market. According to a report from the National Center for the Middle Market (NCMM), about 20% of middle market companies complete an acquisition and about 5% make a sale every year. Whether it’s a transfer of ownership, partial or entire sale of a company, or complete merger with another entity, a time will come for a majority of middle market companies to negotiate some type of transaction that will affect growth. 
 
Investing in and leveraging a sustainable plan and experienced team of outside assistance will allow middle market executives to make intelligent M&A decisions, mitigate unexpected challenges that may hinder acquisitions and sales progress, and deliver the desired results that will help them grow their business successfully.
