This year’s Mayoral Forum, a virtual reimagination of the Chamber’s annual Mayoral Luncheon, will welcome Mayor Jim Kenney to address our regional business community. Just over a year after the COVID-19 pandemic necessitated stay-at-home orders and business closures, the mayor will reflect on how our city has persevered and is moving forward toward an inclusive recovery.

Mayor Kenney will be joined by members of his administration who are leading in the areas of commerce, public safety, and the health of our citizens during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Attendees will hear updates from Commerce Director Michael Rashid, Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw, and Health Commissioner Dr. Thomas Farley.

  • Jim Kenney

    Mayor, City of Philadelphia

    On January 4, 2016, Mayor Jim Kenney was sworn in as the 99th Mayor of Philadelphia. Currently in his second term, Mayor Kenney is focused on advancing racial justice and driving an equitable economic recovery from COVID-19 to ensure that Philadelphia is a city that works for all.

  • Thomas Farley

    Health Commissioner, City of Philadelphia

    Dr. Farley has been Commissioner of Health for Philadelphia since 2016, where he is working to reduce tobacco and alcohol outlets in low-income neighborhoods, improve child health, and address the opioid crisis. From 2009 to 2014, Dr. Farley was Commissioner of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

  • Danielle Outlaw

    Police Commissioner, City of Philadelphia

    Philadelphia Police Commissioner, Danielle M. Outlaw, is an experienced and respected law enforcement leader. She stands at the helm of the nation’s 4th largest police department, which employs more than 6500 sworn officers and 800 civilians who work to help make Philadelphia a safer city. Commissioner Outlaw is the first African-American woman to lead the Philadelphia Police Department.

  • Michael Rashid

    Commerce Director, City of Philadelphia

    In November 2020, Michael was appointed as the City of Philadelphia’s Commerce Director, where he focuses on implementing fair, equitable and inclusive business development efforts that help spread economic vitality and opportunity to all of Philadelphia’s neighborhoods. Prior to becoming Commerce Director, Michael served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating officer for 15 years before becoming President and CEO of AmeriHealth Caritas.

Health & Safety Policy:
The Chamber will take precautions to ensure the health & safety of our guests, abiding guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) along with state and local laws. If you are ill, experiencing a fever, or have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID within 14 days of the program/event, you may not attend in-person programs/events.

Registration/Cancellation Policy:
Pre-registration is necessary and payment is required upon registration. No refunds will be given one week prior to program/event. Substitutions may be made with at least 24-hour notice. For live events, walk-ins cannot be accommodated at this time. Tickets will be held at the door and reserved seating for tables of 10 only. For virtual programs, links are sent to pre-registered guests 24 hours prior to program/event via Outlook.

Attendee Policy:
Chamber programs/events are privately sponsored events with a structured format. No demonstrations or other disruptions will be tolerated. Violation of this policy may result in the attendee's removal from the premises or virtual program/event without refund, in addition to possible legal remedies.

Photo Policy:
Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio, and video recording taken of you at the event for promotional purposes in connection with the Chamber and its Councils.
