Greater Philadelphia is home to an extensive list of world-class life sciences companies. As a top-ranking city nationally for cell and gene therapy research, companies are growing and expanding to this market from near and far. Coupled with research grants from the National Institutes of Health, and growing venture capital funding, and a highly-concentrated talent pool, the sector’s growth shows no signs of stopping. This growth has catalyzed new real estate development opportunities in the City of Philadelphia to accommodate demand.
Join this conversation to hear how our region’s growth in the cell and gene therapy sector is driving the development of new land and building requirements for company expansion and relocation. Attendees will also get a first-hand look at how these projects are sealing the region’s status as a cell and gene hub – key to driving our region’s recovery efforts as part of the Recharge & Recover PHL initiative.
