Celebrate the most prestigious award for professional women in Greater Philadelphia — the Paradigm Award. Please join us in recognizing the achievements of the 2021 honoree, Eileen C. McDonnell, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company.
In conjunction with the Paradigm Award, merit-based scholarships are awarded to women who are working toward an undergraduate degree. The Paradigm Scholarship for Working Women was created to enhance and benefit the career aspirations of working women in the Greater Philadelphia area and to enable more women to achieve their potential and inspire others to become individual paradigms of success. Tax-deductable donationscan be made to the Paradigm Scholarship Fund through the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia Regional Foundation.

Health & Safety Policy:
The Chamber will take precautions to ensure the health & safety of our guests, abiding guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) along with state and local laws. Pre-registration is necessary and payment is required upon registration. Walk-ins are not guaranteed entrance. No refunds will be given one week prior to program/event. Substitutions may be made with at least 24-hour notice.
Tickets are held at the door under company name. Reserved seating for tables purchases only.
For virtual programs, links are sent to pre-registered guests 24 hours prior to program/event via an Outlook calendar invitation.
Chamber programs/events are privately sponsored events with a structured format. No demonstrations or other disruptions will be tolerated. Violation of this policy may result in the attendee's removal from the premises or virtual program/event without refund, in addition to possible legal remedies.
Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio, and video recording taken of you at the event for promotional purposes in connection with the Chamber and its Councils.
