As an extension and virtual reimagination of our annual Excellence Awards, Inspiring Excellence shines spotlights on the small and mid-size businesses who have made a difference in our community during these unprecedented times. With input from the Excellence Awards Committee, the Chamber chose 10 organizations to recognize whose stories have inspired our members, such as manufacturers shifting their production lines to produce PPE; agencies offering pro-bono services to minority-owned businesses to raise diverse voices in the community; employees coming together to donate to health care workers; and so on.

Tracey Matisak is an award-winning journalist, a dynamic speaker and trainer, and a seasoned program host. With more than 25 years of major market television and radio experience, Tracey has anchored numerous special projects for WHYY-TV/PBS in Philadelphia; she also serves as a regular guest host on WHYY-FM's Radio Times with Marty Moss-Coane.

Chamber programs/events are privately sponsored events with a structured format. No demonstrations or other disruptions will be tolerated. Violation of this policy may result in the attendee's removal from the premises or virtual program/event without refund, in addition to possible legal remedies.

We will not tolerate harassment of participants or Chamber staff in any form. Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or removed from the event at the discretion of the event organizers.
Health & Safety Policy:
The Chamber will take precautions to ensure the health & safety of our guests, abiding guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) along with state and local laws. By attending, guests assume the risk related to possible exposure. Those who are sick, suspect they have or had COVID, should not attend.

For virtual programs, links are sent to pre-registered guests 24 hours prior to program/event via an Outlook calendar invitation.
Photo Policy:
Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio, and video recording taken of you at the event for promotional purposes in connection with the Chamber and its Councils.
Registration/Cancellation Policy:
Pre-registration is necessary and payment is required upon registration. Walk-ins are not guaranteed entrance. No refunds will be given one week prior to program/event. Substitutions may be made with at least 24-hour notice.
Ticket/Seating Policy:
Tickets are held at the door under company name. Reserved seating for tables purchases only.
