Pennsylvania Legislative Reception

Join the Chamber, along with the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, to bring the regional and business community an interesting and informative program in our state's Capitol.

The reception will be preceded by a seminar featuring remarks from a high-level state government official or business executive from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. who will provide insights into timely events affecting Pennsylvania.

Together with businesses and organizations of all sizes representing the entire Commonwealth, we will honor members of the General Assembly and executive branch of the Pennsylvania state government. Over the years, this annual reception has proven to be an excellent opportunity to interact and establish relationships with elected officials and fellow business leaders.

The seminar and reception will be held within the state capitol complex at the Keystone Building Atrium, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Health & Safety Policy:
The Chamber will take precautions to ensure the health & safety of our guests, abiding guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) along with state and local laws. If you are ill, experiencing a fever, or have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID within 14 days of the program/event, you may not attend in-person programs/events.

Registration/Cancellation Policy:
Pre-registration is necessary and payment is required upon registration. No refunds will be given one week prior to program/event. Substitutions may be made with at least 24-hour notice. For live events, walk-ins cannot be accommodated at this time. Tickets will be held at the door and reserved seating for tables of 10 only. For virtual programs, links are sent to pre-registered guests 24 hours prior to program/event via Outlook.

Attendee Policy:
Chamber programs/events are privately sponsored events with a structured format. No demonstrations or other disruptions will be tolerated. Violation of this policy may result in the attendee's removal from the premises or virtual program/event without refund, in addition to possible legal remedies.

Photo Policy:
Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio, and video recording taken of you at the event for promotional purposes in connection with the Chamber and its Councils.
