We each have a part to play in Greater Philadelphia’s inclusive recovery, join us to make a difference.

Each year at this time, the Chamber's community of regional professionals and civic leaders gather to share in a vision for the coming year at the Chamber. This year we will rally around the shared aspirations of the Chamber-led Recharge & Recover PHL initiative, which aims to strengthen our region for a prosperous and equitable future. 

Hear from regional and national leaders who are blazing paths for Black and brown businesses and employees, understand how you can support inclusive recovery in Greater Philadelphia, and be inspired to lead change in your own organization.

  • Sheinelle Jones

    Co-Host, 3rd Hour of TODAY

    Sheinelle is the co-host of 3rd Hour of TODAY. Since joining NBC News in 2014, she has covered a variety of breaking news events and human-interest stories. Prior to joining TODAY, Jones served as a co-host of FOX’s Emmy Award-winning morning show "Good Day Philadelphia" where she reported local, national and international headlines. Jones joined FOX Philadelphia from FOX Tulsa where she served as an evening news anchor and reporter.

  • Valerie Smith

    President, Swarthmore College

    Valerie, a distinguished scholar of African-American literature, is the 15th president of Swarthmore College. Her significant priorities at Swarthmore include attracting more low-income and first-generation students, innovating the curriculum, increasing diversity, and strengthening relationships between the College and the region. She is the author of 40+ articles and three books on African-American literature, culture, film, and photography, and has edited seven volumes.

Attendee Policy:
Chamber programs/events are privately sponsored events with a structured format. No demonstrations or other disruptions will be tolerated. Violation of this policy may result in the attendee's removal from the premises or virtual program/event without refund, in addition to possible legal remedies.

Chamber is committed to providing a harassment-free and inclusive experience for everyone at our events, and all events hosted in The Chamber’s facilities. We will not tolerate harassment of participants or Chamber staff in any form. Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or removed from the event at the discretion of the event organizers.

Health & Safety Policy:
The Chamber will take precautions to ensure the health & safety of our guests, abiding guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) along with state and local laws. By attending, guests assume the risk related to possible exposure. Those who are sick, suspect they have or had COVID, should not attend.

For virtual programs, links are sent to pre-registered guests 24 hours prior to program/event via an Outlook calendar invitation.

Photo Policy:
Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio, and video recording taken of you at the event for promotional purposes in connection with the Chamber and its Councils.

Registration/Cancellation Policy:
Pre-registration is necessary and payment is required upon registration. Walk-ins are not guaranteed entrance. No refunds will be given one week prior to program/event. Substitutions may be made with at least 24-hour notice.

Ticket/Seating Policy:
Tickets are held at the door under company name. Reserved seating for tables purchases only.
