Mayoral Luncheon

Join Mayor Jim Kenney as he addresses important issues impacting the City of Philadelphia and outlines his top priorities for 2020 to over 1,500 members of the Greater Philadelphia business community.

The Gustave G. Amsterdam Leadership Award will also be presented at the event. Each year, this $5,000 scholarship is presented to two Philadelphia high school students planning to attend a Philadelphia college or university. The students are chosen for their outstanding leadership, academic achievement and commitment to community service. The award was established in 2001 to honor Gus Amsterdam for his many contributions as a founding board member of Comcast Corporation, community advocate, and Philadelphia business leader.

Promote Your Business

Support our mayor and promote your business by placing a listing in the Mayoral Luncheon program book. Program book listings should clearly state your support of the Chamber, the event and/or the speaker. Promotional ads cannot be accepted. Deadline for listings is Thursday, January 16, 2020. Connect to our audience by exhibiting at the event. Exhibitor display table packages include a six-foot skirted table, company contact info in the program book, and two tickets to the lunch. All exhibit tables are subject to approval based on sponsor exclusivity.

Please note: The Terrace Ballroom at the Pennsylvania Convention Center is located on 119 N. Broad Street.




Registration/Cancellation Policy:
Pre-registration is necessary, availability is not guaranteed for walk-ins. Payment is required upon registration/entrance. No refunds will be given one week prior to program/event. Substitutions may be made. Tickets will be held at the door. Reserved seating for tables of 10 only. Please advise your guests that tickets will be held at the door under your company name.

Attendee Policy:
Chamber programs are privately sponsored events with a structured format. No demonstrations or other disruptions will be tolerated. Violation of this policy may result in the attendee's removal from the premises without refund, in addition to possible legal remedies.

Photo Policy:
Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio, and video recording taken of you at the event for promotional purposes in connection with the Chamber and its Councils.
