Departing from Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station and Wilmington, attendees will travel via one-way private train car to Union Station to interface with regional congressional delegation members and administrative officials together with a wide range of Chamber participants.
The day provides an excellent opportunity to hear on the ground updates and to raise issues for discussion that impact Greater Philadelphia’s economic growth, including defense spending, budget & appropriations, energy development, health care, transportation & infrastructure, middle market growth, and education & workforce development.

9:30 a.m. Congressional Delegation and Administration briefings at the Capitol Visitor Center (breakfast and lunch included)

3:55 p.m. Recommended Amtrak Return Service on Northeast Regional 178: Departing from Union Station to 30th Street Station, with drop-off stop in Wilmington, DE. (Please note: Attendees are responsible for booking their own return transportation)

The Chamber will take precautions to ensure the health & safety of our guests, abiding guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) along with state and local laws. If you are ill, experiencing a fever, or have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID within 5 days of the program/event, you may not attend in-person programs/events.
Registration/Cancellation Policy:
Pre-registration is necessary and payment is required upon registration. No refunds will be given one week prior to program/event. Substitutions may be made with at least 24-hour notice. For live events, walk-ins cannot be accommodated at this time. Tickets will be held at the door and reserved seating for tables of 10 only. For virtual programs, links are sent to pre-registered guests 24 hours prior to program/event via Outlook.
Attendee Policy:
Chamber programs/events are privately sponsored events with a structured format. No demonstrations or other disruptions will be tolerated. Violation of this policy may result in the attendee's removal from the premises or virtual program/event without refund, in addition to possible legal remedies.
Photo Policy:
Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio, and video recording taken of you at the event for promotional purposes in connection with the Chamber and its Councils.
