Talent Match: Recruiting for the Middle Market

Finding the right talent for your company can be a daunting task, especially for middle market companies who deal with challenges in brand recognition, speed of growth, and more. Engaging with a talent provider can help to match you with the right candidates and build a pool of potential talent.

Join the Chamber at this event where middle market companies connect with community-based talent providers, who in turn, can match you with the right candidates at no service fee. Hear from fellow middle market companies about how their relationships with community-based talent providers have fueled their talent pipeline.

By purchasing a display table, you will receive two tickets for your company’s hiring decision maker (whether HR , hiring manager/department head, or CEO) to attend along with an employee who can speak to your company’s culture. Your purchase includes a display table to showcase your company and employment openings, where talent professionals (cultivated and invited by the Chamber with your specific employment opportunities in mind) will be able to get a better understanding of your individual recruitment needs.

Registration/Cancellation Policy:
Pre-registration is necessary, availability is not guaranteed for walk-ins. Payment is required upon registration/entrance. No refunds will be given one week prior to program/event. Substitutions may be made. Tickets will be held at the door. Reserved seating for tables of 10 only. Please advise your guests that tickets will be held at the door under your company name.

Attendee Policy:
Chamber programs are privately sponsored events with a structured format. No demonstrations or other disruptions will be tolerated. Violation of this policy may result in the attendee's removal from the premises without refund, in addition to possible legal remedies.

Photo Policy:
Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio, and video recording taken of you at the event for promotional purposes in connection with the Chamber and its Councils.
