Change is inevitable in the business environment. Bringing on a new hire, changing executive leadership, switching up the day to day process; change will find a way to disrupt your workplace. Being able to adapt to change, or knowing when it is time for a change, is imperative in running a successful company. Join fellow executives to learn how to successfully navigate change management to support your team in times of transformation and transition.

Speakers include:
Paul J. Choquette, III, Senior Vice President, Mid-Atlantic, Gilbane
Lisha Davis, Head of Vanguard Innovation Studio, The Vanguard Group

Discussion facilitated by:
Laura Yehuda, Director of Communication and Change Management, Willis Towers Watson

PeerSpective is a series of programs to give you the opportunity to engage with your peers – business owners and chief executives, who like you, are expected to have all the answers. These roundtable discussions bring together 30 business leaders from around the region to offer one another real-world perspectives, candid advice, help with making crucial decisions, and insights on navigating the often conflicting agendas of your many stakeholders. At this discussion, you will speak about both your challenges and successes in a confidential and trusted environment without aims of advancing financial objectives.

Note: This program is offered exclusively to Chamber members at the Corporate and above levels. To attend, you must be the CEO, president, founder, owner or leading executive of your organization. Sessions are free but space is limited. Only one representative from your company may attend each session. Pre-registration is required.
