Join us for an inspiring roundtable discussion! Today's young professionals are increasingly seeking employment with companies that are attuned to the needs of the community. They desire a greater purpose and are more inclined to work with organizations committed to making a positive impact. The Civic 50 Greater Philadelphia program serves as a roadmap for helping companies enhance their social impact efforts and build a network of like-minded leaders dedicated to community engagement. This regional initiative, led by the Chamber in partnership with globally recognized nonprofit Points of Light, is designed to recognize and celebrate the 50 most community-minded companies in the Greater Philadelphia region.

During our roundtable discussion, we will explore the four tenets of the Civic 50 Greater Philadelphia 2024 report: investment, integration, institutionalization, and impact. These principles will guide our conversation on how companies can integrate community engagement into their business functions. Hear from YPC representatives from Civic 50 companies as they share insights on how their organizations embed civic engagement into their operations and align their missions with community impact.

Don't miss this opportunity to learn, connect, and be inspired by peers who are making a difference!
