According to the 2024 National Center for the Middle Market Indicator Report, workforce struggles remain a top concern for middle market companies. Though sometimes lacking access to the resources that larger companies possess to draw in talent, the middle market still has unique benefits, such as a more tight-knit culture and increased opportunities to have a direct and meaningful impact on the company's success, that can be emphasized and leveraged to grow interest in their firms. To attract and retain top talent, middle market companies are tasked to think critically about their employee experience.
Gain best practices for crafting an employee experience and work environment that attracts and retains top talent. Explore various talent retention strategies that your firm can leverage, such as active pipeline management, minding the talent pool beyond the hiring season, skill-mapping open vacancies, providing clear paths for upward mobility, and building a strong sense of autonomy and belonging via civic engagement. Fellow middle market leaders will share the ins and outs of implementing their companies’ talent retention strategy and how it has impacted their companies’ success.
To ensure a diverse roundtable discussion, capacity will be limited to only one representative per organization.
