Join the Young Professionals Council for a YPC 'Meet the C-Suite' forum, part of a series where young professionals can interact with regional CEOs, Founders, and C-Suite executives in an exclusive setting to learn how they became successful leaders. This month's program features Nick Bayer, CEO and Founder of Saxbys.

Prepare to be inspired by the journey of Nick Bayer, the visionary behind Saxbys—a Certified B Corporation and National Education Company recognized for its exceptional coffee and its influential mission to Make Life Better®. Since its establishment in 2005 as a corner café, this Philadelphia-based business has grown to nearly 30 units. It is dedicated to improving the quality of life for all its patrons and building strong community bonds. As an example, Bayer launched Saxbys Experiential Learning Platform (ELP), partnering with nearly 20 higher education institutions to provide students the opportunity to run, as CEOs, on-campus cafés independently. The ELP program offers students financial compensation, academic credit, and real-life work experience, all valuable markers in helping students prepare for success in the workforce.

Don't miss this unique chance to engage directly with Nick Bayer and learn how innovative leadership and a steadfast commitment to the community can drive a business to success. Not only recognized as a prominent business leader, Nick Bayer serves as an adjunct professor at Drexel University and holds the position of Executive in Residence at Temple University's Fox School of Business. Beyond his educational contributions, he is deeply involved in the community and several boards. This includes being a board member at the Franklin Institute, Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence Region, CCOP, Drexel University's Close School of Entrepreneurship, and the Chamber. He is also a member of the Corporate Council for CHOP.
