Business Description:

The mission of Horizons Greater Philadelphia is to advance educational equity by building long-term partnerships with students, families, communities, and schools to create experiences outside of school that inspire the joy of learning. We achieve this through hosting six-week, tuition-free summer programs for students from Philadelphia public schools who otherwise would not be able to access or afford high-quality educational options. Our work helps to offset the effects of the summer slide and help students grow academically. We also build lasting relationships with students and their families starting in Kindergarten and lasting at least through their 8th grade year.
