    Stevens & Lee, a member of the Stevens & Lee/Griffin family of companies, announced today that four prominent financial services lawyers have joined the firm. Charles J. Ferry and Dean H. Dusinberre will be resident in the firm’s Harrisburg Market Square office and Frank A. Mayer, III and Richard M. Berman will be resident the firm’s Philadelphia office. Zachary M. DuGan also will join the firm as an Associate in Harrisburg.

    Mr. Ferry will become Co-Chair of the firm’s Financial Institutions Group, along with current Chair David W. Swartz, and all will be members of that group and the firm’s Corporate Finance and Capital Markets Department.

    Mr. Mayer will serve as Chair of the firm’s newly formed Financial Services Regulatory and Enforcement Group.
