  • CityAge: New American City Conference

    Wednesday, November 13, 2013 12:00 AM

Posted on 10/18/2013 by Mr. Youngmoo Kim of Drexel University

Drexel Univ. President, John Fry and Mayor Nutter will co-host the CityAge: New American City conference, November 13-14.

CityAge is a platform for dialogue, designed to amplify new ideas in business, government and society. CityAge successfully held the first conference in Kansas City last December, followed by The Global Metropolis in New York City last June. Both events received an excellent response from leaders across the U.S. and beyond, with attendance of almost 1,000 delegates.

The event will embrace the ideas that are re-shaping urban America. Over two days more than fifty speakers will offer practical detail on the emerging business partnerships, new models of infrastructure development, coalitions and people who are building the next generation of the American city. It will assemble mayors, business executives, entrepreneurs, engineers, architects and city builders from across America and beyond.
