    Do you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment? Or always wanted to work in one? ChargeItSpot is looking for a detail oriented self-starter who is obsessed with follow through and delighting clients. The successful candidate will have full reigns to over-deliver, expand their role, and contribute in a variety of areas including: client relations, client upsell, research design, data collection, creating/delivering presentations, on-site promotions, working with retail establishments, and face-to-face promotions.

    ChargeItSpotTM is a fast growing startup that launched out of the incubator at The Wharton School. We provide lock-away mobile phone charging stations in retail stores around the country (e.g. – Whole Foods, Urban Outfitters, Foot Locker) to drive new customers into the store and encourage customers to spend more time in store. ChargeItSpot’s mobile app alerts users when their battery is low, suggesting nearby ChargeItSpot stations and accompanying deals/promotions at those nearby retailers. ChargeItSpot is free for consumers and charges retail clients a monthly fee.

    ChargeItSpot has recently closed on a $1M seed round and has live pilots in Urban Outfitters, Foot Locker and Whole Foods. The company has built an advisory board that includes an IPO entrepreneur, the former Director of Stores for Macy’s, and the co-founder of the first ever mobile advertising platform.

    Responsibilities include:
    - Owning client relationships and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction – onboarding new clients, reporting results to client, addressing ongoing client needs to achieve highest levels of customer satisfaction, retention and upsell
    - Working directly with CEO/Founder and COO to sell to new clients and convert pilots to all-store contracts.
    - Coordinating and performing market research at ChargeItSpot retail locations across Philadelphia area
    - Planning and coordinating events to promote ChargeItSpot to the Philadelphia market
    - Tracking and reporting on success metrics for market research and event projects
    - Additional tasks as needed (opportunity to grow role beyond initial responsibilities)

    Qualifications:
    - 2-8 years’ experience in a business environment
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Interest and skills in consumer research / consumer behavior
    - Detail oriented executer who enjoys solving problems in real time
    - Must have an outgoing personality and able to interact effectively with people
    - Fast learner with the ability to take initiative and work independently
    - Must be willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle projects beyond your scope
    - Very strong communication skills in English (both written and oral)

    This person should be hungry, detail-oriented, and passionate about our vision. The successful candidate will have experience in client relations, marketing or PR and will be an organized self-starter with strong organizational qualities. They will actively seek to anticipate problems issues and find creative solutions. The person should have a can-do, positive attitude and should be comfortable in unstructured environments. They should be resourceful and have strong-execution skills. The candidate should be ready to hit the ground running with a sense of ownership in a start-up environment. This is not a 9-5 role.     Position: Vice President, Sales

    ChargeItSpot is looking for an experienced sales professional to sell multi-million dollar contracts to large national retail companies like Starbucks, Target, Macy’s, and others.

    Do you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment? Or always wanted to work in one? The successful candidate will report directly to CEO/Founder and will be a critical member of ChargeItSpot’s executive team. ChargeItSpot has a strong sales-oriented culture; we believe that sales is the lifeblood of an organization and that all sales executives (including the CEO) should actively and constantly strive to learn how to sell more strategically.

    Location – Philadelphia, PA (would consider a remote working arrangement after the first three months)

    - Helping to convert existing pilots into large national contracts
    - Working directly with CEO and COO to achieve company sales goals

    Qualifications:
    - 3-10+ year’s experience in B2B sales
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Detail oriented executer who enjoys solving problems in real time
    - Must have an outgoing personality and able to interact effectively with people
    - Fast learner with the ability to take initiative and work independently
    - Must be willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle projects beyond your scope
    - Very strong communication skills in English (both written and oral)

    This person should be hungry, detail-oriented, and passionate about our vision. The successful candidate loves to sell and believes that sales is a continual learning process. Candidate must be able to get access to the most senior levels of the prospective client organizations. They will actively seek to anticipate problems issues and find creative solutions. The candidate should be ready to hit the ground running with a sense of ownership in a start-up environment. This is not a 9-5 role.
