Temple University Occupational Health is conducting market research surrounding occupational health departments in the Philadelphia region and would greatly appreciate your feedback.

We are interested in obtaining data regarding the awareness of and accessibility to occupational medicine providers in the region. We are also interested in determining the primary motivation of organizations when selecting occupational health providers. To obtain this information we have created a survey and are asking your help.

Please visit goo.gl/LJ4Ahm to complete our brief survey.

Once again, Temple University truly appreciate your help and we look forward to analyzing the data you provide.
