WEST DEPTFORD (April 24, 2014)—Now in its 21st year, the Take Our Daughters And Sons To Work® Day program has more than 37 million children participating in the fourth Thursday in April event each year, according to the organization’s official website. This year, eight of those children were girls and boys who went to work with employees at DocuVault Delaware Valley, LLC, 1240 Forest Parkway, here. Ranging in ages from five to 14, two boys and six girls joined the ranks of the employed today for more than just a career day, but to actually experience what an important adult in their life actually does during the work day and in this case it involves records management. Document scanning, storage, and shredding is the order of the day at DocuVault, from the office, to the warehouse, and on the road at customer locations, providing the children with an opportunity to envision the possibilities for the future through a hands-on and interactive experience.
